gaawwh i cant believe im doing this but this is me march 3 when i got back from holiday and its basically eating clean and exercise for a month. look at my stomach and how much its gone down. Patience, hardwork and routine and im finally getting results. Im going away for holiday in 2 month so i really want to tone up alot and im def. working hard to get there!
It’s weird how in animals seeing ribs/collar&hip bones is considered sick or even abusive, but in people that’s considered beautiful.
This may have just changed my life.
